WATER WELL OPENED IN THE NAME OF HAZRAT HAJAR (RA)
We have taken a step to lighten the burden of mothers carrying water under the scorching heat on the dusty roads of Pakistan. In the name of Hazrat Hagar, the symbol of patience and tawakkul (trust in Allah), the water well we built in one of the most remote villages of Muzaffargarh was opened with prayers.
ONE DROP OF WATER, THOUSANDS OF SMILES
Carrying water in Muzaffargarh villages was generally a heavy burden on the shoulders of women and children. This fountain bearing the name of Hazrat Hagar:
- Gave mothers back the hours they spent carrying water to their homes.
- Ensured that children's school clothes and bodies remain clean and healthy.
- Hazrat Hagar’s submission while searching for water in the desolate desert has become a beacon of hope for our brothers and sisters in Pakistan today.
WHY MUZAFFARGARH?
This region is a critical point where underground water is contaminated, and clean water cannot be reached without deep drilling. The well opened in the name of Hazrat Hagar was built with an engineering and hygiene understanding above regional standards.
